Part 1 — HIIT Circuit
3 stations · 40 seconds on / 40 seconds rest · Dynamic full-body movements that challenge your cardiovascular system and muscular stamina.
Part 2 — Strength Training
3 stations · 7 minutes each · 2 exercises per station · 3 sets each lift. Emphasis on controlled movement, proper form, and progressive overload.
